Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, handling cash transactions, assisting in inventory management, responding to customer inquiries, participating in food preparation and delivery, maintaining a clean work environment, implementing company policies, training new team members, and collaborating with the store manager to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications include proven experience in customer service, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic math and money management, problem-solving skills, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, flexibility to work various shifts, basic computer skills, a friendly and responsible attitude, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and food safety knowledge or willingness to learn.
