Space Execution Specialist

Constellation Brands is seeking a Space Execution Specialist to optimize in-store space, shelving, and displays for our leading beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. In this field-focused role within Sales & Business Development, you will translate marketing and brand strategies into outstanding retail execution across beverage and food operations. Responsibilities include implementing planograms, analyzing sales and space data, enhancing brand visibility, and partnering with retailers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail space, shelving, and display plans for Constellation Brands' portfolio in key beverage and food accounts
• Analyze sales, space, and shopper data to optimize product placement and assortment
• Partner with Sales & Business Development teams to translate brand and marketing strategies into in-store execution
• Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on space performance and trends
• Ensure merchandising standards, POS, and promotional materials are correctly implemented
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and field teams to influence space decisions
• Report execution results and opportunities through standardized tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement at the shelf
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in store layouts and execution processes
• Support new product launches with effective in-store space and display strategies
