Lids - - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow up;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Lead Customer Experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets;
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and visual guidelines while ensuring proper cash handling
