Location: St. Louis, MO Office
Pay: $19–$22 per hour
A Better Life Home Care is seeking a Home Care Coordinator to support consumers receiving services through the Missouri Medicaid Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program. This position manages an assigned caseload, monitors EVV and documentation, and provides ongoing support to consumers and their attendants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing case coordination and administrative support.
  • Conduct and document required monthly consumer check-ins.
  • Monitor HHAX and EVV compliance, including missing call-ins/call-outs and service discrepancies.
  • Follow up with consumers and attendants regarding EVV, timesheets, attendance, and documentation issues.
  • Monitor authorized service hours and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate consumer records, case notes, documentation, and required forms.
  • Assist consumers and attendants with HHAX, EVV, timesheets, payroll, and agency procedures.
  • Communicate program requirements, policies, and consumer responsibilities.
  • Identify and report changes in consumer circumstances, service needs, or incidents.
  • Assist with payroll/billing documentation, quality assurance, audits, and record reviews.
  • Provide professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous CDS or home care experience required.
  • Missouri CDS, HHAX, EVV, Medicaid, personal care, case coordination, or healthcare administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic case-management systems.
  • Dependable, professional, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19–$22 per hour
