As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager at Quik Trip, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting store operations and helping your team succeed. From delivering excellent customer service to reinforcing operational standards, you'll be part of the team that keeps things running smoothly and creates a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Under the guidance of the Store Manager and in coordination with other Assistant Managers, you will promote teamwork, uphold company policies, and support a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment. You'll also help train and develop clerks on your shift, contributing to a consistent, high-performing team culture through hands-on leadership and a commitment to growth.
In this role, you'll demonstrate key strengths like Customer Engagement, Operational Execution, and Teamwork - all in alignment with Quik Trip's Purpose, Core Values, and Standards of Store Operations.
