We specialize in retail display systems that drive visibility and conversion across grocery, C‑store, and mass retail environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This full‑time, high‑impact role focuses on generating new business with new customers through our existing Apex and PV Board product lines. Ideal candidates have experience in the supermarket/grocery industry, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or sales brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach – Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects via cold calling, email outreach, and CRM‑driven campaigns.
  • Sales Presentations – Schedule and lead sales presentations virtually (Webex) and in person, clearly communicating the value of iSEE’s merchandising solutions.
  • Lead Management – Research, qualify, and nurture leads. Maintain accurate data and activity logs in Salesforce and Hub Spot

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Trade, Industrial Design, Manufacturing) to align sales efforts with execution capabilities.
  • Market Development – Help identify new product opportunities and market channels for existing product lines.
  • Trade Show Participation – Represent iSEE at industry events and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Customer Support – Manage early‑stage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in CPG, grocery retail, or working with sales brokers.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or Hub Spot) is a plus.
  • Self‑starter with high energy and a drive to grow within a dynamic organization.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings and industry events.
