Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective cold-calling, lead nurturing, CRM management, and providing strategic guidance on sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills to engage prospects and support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet weekly call quotas.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
    • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques.
    • Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics.
    Compensation Plan
    • Base Salary: Base Salary plus Competitive Commission and Bonus Structures
