Overview

Account Representatives with Evan Patterson State Farm have two responsibilities:

• New Customer Acquisition (or sales if we want to be less fancy about it). Don't worry, it's not The Wolf of Wall Street; it's just about process and effort.
• Customer Service: or keeping existing customers happy to do business with us.

• GUARANTEED BASE SALARY (not a draw like many sales careers)
• Commissions paid on all new business
• Monthly bonuses
• Let s talk PTO: UNLIMITED
• You get paid for 40 hours per week, but you are only required to be here 33 hours
• It s a professional s career without the stuffiness of a corporate environment

• You will need to pass a background check
• You will need to become licensed within 30 days of an official job offer
• No formal educational requirements, but intelligence is preferred
