What does a great Solution Consultant do?

We seek energetic, tech-savvy, results-driven sellers for a field-based Solution Consultant role on our short-sales-cycle merchant services team. You will offer a customizable, reliable point-of-sale system designed to improve business efficiency, accept various payment types, protect transactions, and grow with our suite of value-added products.

What You Will Do

  • Generate leads in a B2B environment, complemented by referrals from your relationships.
  • Retain clients and grow portfolios through relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Uphold high ethical standards, dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
  • Commit fully to our 12-week training program without interruption.

What You Will Need

  • Experience in quota-driven, self-sourcing sales for small to medium clients.
  • Proficiency in cold-calling and lead generation.
  • Ability to develop effective pipeline-building strategies and drive revenue.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starting attitude.

Compensation for outside Solution Consultants (B2B Sales): NO Cap on Earning Potential.

  • Guaranteed base pay
  • Monthly commissions with high residual split
  • Bi-weekly signing bonuses for new accounts
