What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with tailored staffing solutions
  • Proactively manage and grow client accounts through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients and candidates to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to retain existing business and drive new opportunities
  • Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Track key metrics and activity reports to analyze account performance and support growth strategies
  • Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, pipeline activity, and reporting
  • Monitor client trends and feedback to improve the overall customer experience
