What to Expect
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
  • Consult with business owners to enhance operations and streamline payment processes using the Genius® platform
  • Collaborate closely with a District Manager to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
What is Required
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to spend 75% or more of the time in the field visiting clients
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
  • Must reside within the area of the job posting
How to Stand Out
  • Experience in selling payment solutions or POS systems
  • Comfort with technology and ability to present modern solutions effectively
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
