Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in St. Louis, MO, California, Arizona, Nevada, Kansas, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, nationwide flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, executing training sessions to onboard clients or team members, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales leads will also be key aspects of this role.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to deliver support to clients and team members.
- Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the construction or restoration industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Door 2 Door sales/ running leads.
