Position: Advertising Sales Executive (New Business)
Location: St. Louis

We are Captiview, a digital advertising company based in Kirkwood, MO. Captiview was created to help businesses get their brand and message in front of a local audience in a flexible, hyper local, and cost effective way. Our digital marketing platform consists of sleek, HD display screens strategically placed in high traffic venues, where patrons will see them.

Who You Are

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive new business growth in the B2B market. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales (cold calling), exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and contributing directly to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Prospecting
  • Proactively identify, generate, and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outbound sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assess and qualify potential clients for our digital advertising solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Create and present tailored proposals.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales and client records within the CRM system.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience by collaborating effectively with internal onboarding and campaign execution teams.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay informed on digital advertising best practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
Performance & Goals
  • Consistently meet and exceed all assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising or media mix..
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and driving revenue through networking and strategic relationship building.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and laser-focused on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Competitive base salary $50,000 PLUS Generous commission structure ~ uncapped earning potential.
