Sales Representatives at North Inc showcase and sell products and uses the highest level of interpersonal communication skills. This job involves face‑to‑face sales interactions with customers. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing and developing within a company and have the leadership skills for rapid advancement.

Each Sales Representative hired will get personalized training in various areas of business, including, but not limited to:
- sales and marketing
- customer service and customer acquisition
- work directly with customers (in-person) to discuss and support their needs in a service‑based industry
- utilize the best technology the industry can offer for better customer service and delivery
- work directly with the management team on individual training and sales development
- this job involves in‑person sales to new customers
- meet weekly sales targets
Job Requirements for the Sales Representative Position:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- 0–3 years previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred
- Team‑oriented with leadership qualities
- Hands on training and development
- Paid training
- Competitive weekly pay ranging between $50,000‑60,000 in uncapped commissions
- Team‑like culture
