Our inventory includes over 8,000 items, from standard to rare products, supported by dependable vendors. Customers can find us online or visit our retail counter in person for fast service and tailored assistance.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site Lighting Sales role based in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, managing sales processes, providing product recommendations, and offering outstanding customer service. The role requires engaging with clients to promote lighting solutions, assisting with orders at the retail counter, and learning about utility rebate programs to guide customers effectively. Collaboration with the sales team and contributing to sales strategy improvements are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and meet customer needs effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and build client relationships
  • Ability to provide Training and share product knowledge with both customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn about lighting products, LED technology, and utility rebate programs
  • Proven organizational and problem‑solving skills with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented and on‑site environment
  • Previous experience in the electrical or lighting industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields is advantageous
