Business Development Manager

Our client is a leader in custom-branded cup and beverage packaging solutions, serving customers across convenience retail, food service, hospitality, and beverage industries. As they continue to grow, they’re looking to add a Business Development Manager to help expand their footprint, develop new partnerships, and drive long-term revenue growth.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships within assigned markets
• Sell custom-branded cups and beverage packaging solutions to hotels, restaurants, resorts, and food service operators
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within packaging or food service
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business growth
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling into food service, packaging, retail, or promotional products is a plus
• MUST live in St. Louis or the surrounding areas
