We’re seeking motivated college students to join our team as Energy Consultants. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, communication, and entrepreneurship, all while earning commission and contributing to a greener planet.

Qualifications
  • You do not need prior marketing or sales experience
  • Coachable with good communication skills, personal vehicle, ability to work on your feet and be adaptable

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic college student? As an Energy Consultant at VITL Power, you will engage with homeowners door-to-door, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our expert consultants. This role provides invaluable experience in sales and communication, and offers a chance to develop entrepreneurial skills in a flexible, commission-based position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach homeowners in designated neighborhoods to present the advantages of solar energy.
  • Effectively communicate our solar solutions and address any questions or concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our solar consultants.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of your interactions and scheduled appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle initial inquiries professionally.
  • Manage your time efficiently and independently to meet appointment-setting targets.
