Job Description Overview

As an Account Executive
, you’ll oversee client accounts, drive sales initiatives, and mentor team members toward success. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients. Ensuring goals are met, results are tracked, and relationships stay strong.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused and performance-driven environment and is motivated by leadership, growth, and impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts
  • Lead sales initiatives inside major retail locations
  • Coach, support, and develop team members
  • Serve as the primary contact for client partners
  • Track performance metrics and report results
  • Identify opportunities for account upgrades and customer value
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience
  • Support market expansion initiatives across the St. Louis area

(Retail, telecom, or territory sales experience is a plus!)

Schedule
