We’re hiring an Inside Sales / Operations Coordinator to support customer relationships, streamline order processing, and keep projects running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate like a pro, and can juggle details without dropping the ball, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage orders, quotes, and project details with accuracy
- Partner with inside/outside sales and purchasing
- Resolve customer issues and keep communication flowing
- Track inventory concerns, pricing questions, and customer feedback
- Maintain contact lists and support continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1–2 years related experience
- Strong communication + organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload, prioritize, and maintain accuracy
- A quality-driven mindset and willingness to collaborate
