What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Proactively network through industry events to develop relationships with key influencers and end users
  • Maintain awareness of local market trends and advise teams on market strategies
  • Identify product gaps and collaborate with teams on new product development
  • Build relationships with general contractors to ensure product delivery and enhance customer experience
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for opportunity management and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales or industry experience
  • Experience in the multi-family vertical market preferred
  • Background in door hardware, electronic access, or security solutions preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in consultative selling approaches
  • Familiarity with the multi-family construction market
  • Proven ability to create internal partnerships and collaborate effectively
  • Strong understanding of electronic access control systems
