Job Description

Land Rover of St. Louis is seeking a Business Development Manager with excellent customer service and phone skills to join our elite team. Candidates should have call center experience or experience in a similar role in an automotive dealership setting.

This is a Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM role, no Saturdays.

As a Business Development Manager you will respond to internet customer inquiries, handle the leads, the internet listings, make follow-up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. You will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales.

• Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the sales department.
• Support online customers by setting appointments.
• Proactively reach out to leads to try to schedule appointments.
• Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

• 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills; or relevant dealership experience in a similar role.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
