This role will be responsible for growing an inherited book of business and finding new business opportunities through cold outreach.

Asa Sales Representative, You Will
- Initiate sales process by researching and qualifying leads
- Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders.
- Facilitate demo presentation with industry suppliers and buyers
- Regularly update CRM with critical lead and opportunity data enabling the business to accurately forecast revenue and measure key objectives.
- Ensure account retention and maintenance.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or STEM, or related field.
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- 1-3 Years’ experience
- Experience in food retail, logistics or in the software/technology industry
- Experience working with or similar CRM
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week and will include traveling 2-4 times per year. The ideal location is based out of St. Louis, MO or Sidney, OH. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person, and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
