Location:
Maryland Heights, MO
Job Type: Full-time, in-office
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year plus 10% annual incentive opportunity
About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help our sales team work more efficiently and grow. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day sales activities, managing leads, and keeping customer information accurate and organized.
You will work closely with the sales team to provide reliable support, help move opportunities forward, and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
Responsibilities Sales Support- Assist with project sizing, quote creation, and order processing
- Support internal sales efforts and ensure timely follow-up
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Assign and track incoming leads
- Provide basic technical support and answer customer questions
- Coordinate with production to ensure orders are handled properly
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in Salesforce
- Ensure records are accurate and complete
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Comfortable making decisions and working independently
- Basic technical aptitude
- This is an in-office role based at our headquarters
- Regular business hours
- Primarily desk work with extended computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
- No travel required
