Primary focus is to manage the primary relationship between Wiese USA and named corporate account(s). You will use consultative selling and leadership accessibility to build strong “trust based” relationships with client hierarchy to establish Wiese as a critical business partner. Objective is to maximize revenue by growing share of business and maximize program profitability through analysis, financial and solutions selling, account management, and business retention.
EssentialFunctions
- Provide strategic account management for portfolio of business focused on client retention and maximizing penetration of all vertical and horizontal growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses (including cost, fleet, productivity, rental usage, etc.), captures marketing intelligence, and leverages input from multiple stakeholders to create customized client solutions.
- Effectively navigate the client’s organization to build relationships and credibility throughout the management hierarchy. Serves as a trusted advisor and implementor to client.
- Actively sell across multiple levels of the client’s organization, adjusting message to the audience.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts for the development of client proposals and RFP submissions. Facilitate internal department integration and revenue maximization.
- Establish aggressive but realistic growth/outcome for the holistic client, as well as specific targets by client location; consistently monitor performance and drive goal achievement.
- Diligent follow through with commitments made to client. Provide proactive solutions to client questions and issues.
- Coordinate with marketing staff to optimize lead generation and sales support functions.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B, industrial sales or business development role.
- Advanced data and statistical analysis abilities. Ability to develop complex financial analyses and solutions and explain logic and process effectively.
- Strong task prioritization skills.
- Proven history of ability to identify, create, manage, and communicate account specific KPIs.
- Ability to clearly articulate business drivers, understand key financial and total cost of ownership concepts.
- Display a high degree of business acumen; strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and information.
- Overnight travel requirements of approximately 25%.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Superior data and statistical analysis abilities and prior experience, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and other analysis tools.
