• Identify sales targets by making phone calls, door knocking and sending emails to prospective clients.
• Use a CRM system and emailing platform; knowledge of social media and marketing is a plus.
• Use creativity to schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try to get them back, and analyze competitors to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
• Assist and manage marketing vendors and collaborate on the company's digital presence.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales metrics/goals to schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with co‑workers.
• Maintain call and email quality expectations.
• Manage and update the CRM database.
• Shadow experienced Sales Executives and learn the industry from the ground up.
• Build a pipeline while receiving full training on the job.

• 3 years outbound sales prospecting experience (preferred but will train the right candidate).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM platforms (preferred).
• Highly organized and results‑driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals.
• Salesforce experience helpful.

• Salary of $55‑60K plus commission (full compensation $85,000 – $120,000 year
  1).
