Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory
  • Sell a range of masonry and construction-related products, including manufactured masonry, brick, stone, and related accessories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key customers in the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Execute full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, customer meetings, product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
  • Achieve revenue targets by effectively managing a multi-million-dollar territory and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor offerings to position products effectively and win business.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and leadership, demonstrating strong product knowledge and professionalism in all customer interactions.
