Sales​/Account Manager – Client Relations

Join our growing team as a driven Sales/Account Manager, owning a portfolio of client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You'll act as a trusted partner across the full engagement lifecycle, balancing account growth with new business development.

• Build and grow strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Lead client meetings, requirements sessions, and business reviews
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfilment
• Develop and present proposals and commercial offerings
• Manage pipeline, activities, and client interactions in CRM
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and account planning
• Hit individual targets across revenue, account growth, and retention

• 3–4 years in business development, account management, or client-facing sales within IT staffing, recruitment, or technology consulting
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and generating growth
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (optional)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

• Background in an IT recruitment agency, staffing firm, or technology consulting business
• Exposure to contract staffing, consulting, or managed services
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Sales or account management certifications are a plus
