Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative

• Generate and close residential & commercial roofing opportunities
• Inspect roofs, siding, gutters, and storm‑related damage
• Meet homeowners and property managers
• Work insurance restoration opportunities when applicable
• Build referral relationships with agents, adjusters, realtors, and local businesses
• Manage jobs from sale through production handoff
• Represent the SERVPRO brand professionally

• Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, restoration, in‑home sales, B2B, D2D)

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required
