Job Description
Position: Western Wyoming Beverages Pre-Salesperson/Delivery driver
Location: Jackson, WY
Pay: Depends on Experience

Western Wyoming Beverages seeks a full-time Salesperson/Delivery driver for our Jackson, Wyoming location. This position is primarily responsible for large format accounts, including Smith’s, Albertsons, and Target. The position also sells and oversees a handful of small format accounts within the Jackson market.
As an account owner, the Salesperson is responsible for all sales and marketing functions within the assigned route. Responsibilities include actively selling parent company and local programs, managing displays, racks, and pallets, and driving growth in existing account base.
- Understanding and implementing changing priorities across the soda division.
- Understand sales route across the division.
- Identify and implement strategies to grow sales in existing account base.
- Assist in planning, development, and implementation of WWB sales and marketing programs.
- Manage growth and development of sales and market share within the assigned route.
- Establish and maintain good business relations with customers and store/chain managers.
- Maintain and manage existing space while aggressively pursuing promotional and permanent space within account base.
- Delivery and merchandising of products the following business day.
- Work with and direct account merchandisers.
- Follow planograms and maintain consistent stocking standards.
- Plan and execute monthly activations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Year over year volume growth in account base.
- Managing and limiting out of code and damaged product.

- Required:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and professional.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently with results‑driven focus on program objectives.
- Aggressive mindset that encourages growth versus status quo.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales experience with a record of growing sales.
- Beverage industry knowledge.
- Financially literate, with the ability to understand revenue and expenses and how that knowledge is used to enhance profitability.
