• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully.
• Become a product expert on vehicles, packages, and the latest technology.
• Deliver professional, high-quality vehicle demonstrations.
• Respond to internet leads using personalized video, email, and text.
• Follow up with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Work closely with Sales Managers on goals, performance, and development.
