Our product lines include Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs), Control Valves, Line Valves, Electric Actuators, Instrumentation, Pumps, Blowers, Mechanical Seals, and Fluid Sealing applications.
Responsibilities- Quotations and Order Processing:
Prepare and enter quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for products and services. Work closely with the Outside Sales team, valve, gasket, and pump shops to ensure accurate and timely order processing. - Customer Communication:
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. Build effective relationships and trust with customers through active listening and understanding of their needs. - Order Follow-up and Coordination:
Follow up and expedite customer orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors on purchase orders, maintaining effective communication channels. - Record Keeping:
Maintain both digital and physical files accurately to ensure easy retrieval of information. Provide backup support for other Inside Sales representatives during their absence. - Training and Additional Duties:
Complete required training to gain knowledge of the company's product lines. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. - Punctuality and Attendance:
Be punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong basic math skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Knowledge of general office functions and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
