The company specializes in commercial and industrial roofing services including repairs, coatings, restoration, re-roofs, and leak diagnostics.

Projects range from small service calls to contracts exceeding $5M and include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and retail properties.

The business employs a lean team of approximately 7–15 people and supplements production through trusted subcontractor relationships when needed.

Growth has been intentionally paced while ownership searches for salespeople capable of managing opportunities independently.

• Own commercial leads from initial inspection through signed agreement
• Identify repair, restoration and replacement opportunities
• Build relationships with facility managers, property owners and commercial decision makers
• Develop proposals, references, COIs and supporting sales documentation
• Maintain accurate activity within Accu Lynx
• Follow up consistently to maximize close rates
• Represent a family-owned business with professionalism and integrity

• Demonstrated ability to close deals independently
• Working knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and coatings
• Experience using CRM and proposal management systems
• Track record selling repairs, service or restoration projects preferred
