District Sales Manager

Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a District Sales Manager to join our growing team! This position includes the responsibility of managing district sales representatives in the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO and surrounding area.

• Manage sales representatives in the designated territory.
• Interview and participate in hiring decisions within the specified region.
• Assist in new account development.
• Provide direction to sales representatives and set goals for performance.
• Handle complaints regarding sales staff.

• Preferred that candidates live in District Area.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous sales management recommended.
  
  Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a certificate of insurance as proof of adequate insurance coverage, which meets Kohl Wholesale’s current standards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for computer applications and software needed.

SALARY: $67,600-$81,640 PER YEAR
