Performance Services (PSI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new commercial construction and HVAC retrofit projects with Missouri K-12 districts. You will build relationships with superintendents, CFOs, and other district leaders, manage complex sales cycles, and coordinate with engineers and project managers to win opportunities.
A strong background in strategic selling and RFQ/RFP processes is required to succeed in this role.
