We’re looking for driven, relationship-focused Sales Representatives to join the team in either an Inside Sales or Outside Sales capacity in the oil and gas steel products industry. Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Manage existing accounts while expanding opportunities within current customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through order completion.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Interest in the oil and gas industry is required.
