Customer Service & Sales Representative – Residential Moving Company

Location: Webster Groves, MO
Job Type: Full-time and in-person
Pay: $20-$30/hr based on experience and performance ($40,000-$60,000/yr)

If you’re someone who enjoys helping people and closing deals, this role gives you the chance to do both—while working for a company built on integrity, care, and compassion

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Build trust quickly and guide customers through the moving process
• Provide accurate quotes and close bookings
• Follow up with leads
• Schedule moves and coordinate with operations
• Recommend additional services when they truly help the customer

• You’re comfortable talking to people all day (phone, text, and email)
• You know how to build trust and ask for the sale
• You’re organized and can juggle multiple conversations
• You stay calm and helpful—even when customers are stressed
• You naturally lead with integrity, care, and compassion

• Customer service, sales, call center, or hospitality experience preferred
• Moving industry experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you)
• Experienced with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

• Customers feel taken care of—not “sold to”
• You consistently hit or exceed booking goals
• You become someone customers trust during a big life moment
