Sales Agent, Insurance Sales

AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking a Life Sales Agent to grow life insurance business for our members. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and recommend life insurance solutions that protect members and their families. You will manage a sales pipeline, deliver presentations, close policies, and provide ongoing service and reviews. Working in a collaborative, member-focused culture, you'll benefit from training, internal mobility, and the strength of a trusted brand while meeting sales goals and supporting member financial security.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new life insurance leads through referrals, outreach, and AAA membership channels
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate life insurance products and solutions
• Present, quote, and close life insurance policies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide ongoing service and policy reviews to existing policyholders and AAA members
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support members and cross-sell additional AAA products
