The Automobile Club of Missouri (AAA - The Auto Club Group) seeks a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to grow personal lines business while delivering member-first service. In this role, you will prospect, qualify, and close auto, home, and other personal insurance policies for new and existing AAA members. You'll conduct needs assessments, provide licensed guidance, prepare accurate quotes, and ensure compliant policy binding and documentation.

Working in a supportive, mission-driven environment, you'll manage a sales pipeline, meet production goals, and participate in training to stay current on products and regulations. Collaboration with member services and other teams helps you cross-sell solutions that promote safety, financial protection, and long-term member relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new personal lines insurance business for AAA members and non-members.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide licensed insurance guidance aligned with member-first service standards.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, present coverage options, and bind policies in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, track activity, and meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts through proactive reviews, cross-selling, and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with member services, travel, and other AAA teams to identify referral and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay current on AAA insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance regulations through ongoing training.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, policy changes, and follow-up to maintain data integrity and service quality.
  • Participate in community and member outreach activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on integrity, reliability, and safety for members.
