Sales Consultant – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to guide homeowners from initial inquiry through project completion. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role that combines consultative selling, kitchen and bath design, project development, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing budgets, motivated by sales goals, disciplined with follow-up, highly organized, and confident guiding clients through a significant purchasing decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective customers in the showroom and respond promptly to incoming web and phone leads.
• Qualify leads by understanding project needs, timing, expectations, budget, and overall fit.
• Lead discovery meetings to uncover client goals, priorities, style, scope, and investment expectations.
• Present preliminary budgets and guide qualified clients into the design and planning process.
• Maintain proactive follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline from initial contact through close.
• Develop kitchen and bath layouts using 2020 Design and guide clients through product and material selections.
• Prepare and present designs, proposals, project pricing, and contracts.
• Address questions and objections, confidently ask for the business, and convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Coordinate measurements, pricing, project details, and documentation with vendors, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client and project records and keep projects progressing through established milestones.
• Remain engaged with clients after the sale through project execution and completion.
• Meet or exceed established sales, gross profit, conversion, and performance goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of product lines, remodeling trends, and industry solutions.
• Represent Signature Kitchen & Bath with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding measurable goals.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive results, and close business.
• Experience in kitchen and bath, remodeling, home improvement, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with 2020 Design or comparable design software preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, integrity, and personal ownership.
