As an Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service, you'll play a vital role in growing our fan base, driving ticket revenue, and delivering exceptional service that turns first-time attendees into lifelong supporters. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with fans, contribute to the league's continued growth, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to elevating the sport and its communities.

The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year outbound sales experience.
- Premium and/or ticket sales experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred.
- Minor League or start-up sports and entertainment experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products required.
- Experience with servicing customers is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Experience with a ticketing system - Ticketmaster/Archtics. preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to achieve ticket sales results.
- Ability to maintain professional behavior and appearance.
- Ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others, as well as company documents and records.
