About the Job

CAKEWISH is a fast-paced, growing luxury boutique specializing in teen fashion. We are seeking energetic, fashion-forward Part-Time Holiday Sales Associates to join our team for the holiday season on weekends.

Typical schedule:

Thursdays or Fridays from approximately 2:30–5:30 PM, as well as weekends from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is a selling-focused role for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. You'll work directly with customers on the sales floor, provide personalized styling recommendations, and help create an exceptional shopping experience.

• Actively sell on the floor and help drive store sales by identifying customer needs and recommending products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating welcoming, personalized shopping experiences.
• Build relationships with customers and provide personalized styling advice based on their preferences and needs.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product features, fit, styling, and trends.
• Meet individual sales goals through proactive selling and customer engagement.
• Support client outreach and follow-up to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Use store CRM and customer data tools to capture customer information and support future clienteling efforts.
• Assist with holiday events, promotions, and VIP shopping experiences.
• Stay current on fashion trends and luxury retail trends to better assist customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, fitting rooms, and general store needs as needed.
• Follow all store procedures and provide support wherever needed during busy holiday periods

• Hours:
  
  We’re looking for someone with flexibility to work Thursdays and Fridays from approximately 2:30–5:30 PM, as well as weekends from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. The schedule may vary week to week, but weekend availability is especially important during our peak holiday selling season.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Luxury, fashion, or specialty retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for fashion, sales, styling, and customer engagement.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends ( Friday - Sunday) , evenings, and holidays.
• Holiday availability is required.
