Summary

The Client Advisor is an in-store sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to build lasting client relationships and drive sales. This role embodies the brand in every client interaction, uses clienteling to grow repeat business, and helps achieve store commercial targets. The Client Advisor consistently creates elevated in-store experiences and supports store performance through active outreach and appointment-based selling.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand during every interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, outreach, and clienteling.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM and POS systems.
• Conduct appointment-based selling and style clients to drive product engagement and conversion.
• Act on client feedback and NPS insights to elevate the in-store experience.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking/CRM systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
