The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers, supporting the selling team, and providing exceptional service during the holiday season. This role assists across store departments and reports to a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
- Support store departments, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
- Assist with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.
- Escalate customer issues to management and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
