Business Development Representative

Are you the person who walks into a room and starts building relationships?

Vitale Law is looking for an energetic, outgoing relationship-builder to help expand our presence throughout the Wentzville and greater St. Louis community.

This is a business development and community outreach role for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating connections, building trust, and turning relationships into measurable opportunities.

You’ll represent Vitale Law in the community, develop relationships with professionals and organizations, help coordinate educational and outreach events, and connect prospective clients with our team.

This is not a traditional desk job.

You should be comfortable getting out into the community, introducing yourself to people you’ve never met, following up consistently, building a network over time, and being accountable for results.

You’ll help grow Vitale Law by:

• Building and strengthening relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, insurance professionals, healthcare providers, senior-care organizations, business professionals, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.
• Representing Vitale Law at networking, professional, educational, and community events.
• Developing new referral relationships while staying connected with existing partners.
• Coordinating seminars, educational programs, and community outreach events.
• Engaging prospective clients and helping interested families take the next step toward meeting with our firm.
• Working closely with our intake, consultation, marketing, operations, and legal teams so opportunities are handled professionally from first introduction forward.
• Using our CRM and other systems to stay organized, document relationships, follow through, and measure results.

The focus of the role is straightforward:
build relationships, create opportunities, and represent Vitale Law exceptionally well in the community.

We measure success through qualified partner meetings, active referral relationships, qualified inquiries attributable to your outreach, and consultations booked from those inquiries.

Experience in business development, outside sales, referral development, account management, professional networking, community relations, partnerships, or a similar relationship-driven role is valuable.

Estate-planning or legal experience is helpful, but certainly not required.
