Summary
The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling, and exceptional service. This onsite role serves clients both in store and digitally, using technology and product knowledge to support sales and client engagement.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer-centric service and demonstrate fashion, styling, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail, and commission sales.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and comfort with technology.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible work schedule.
