Summary
The Selling Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves clients in-store and digitally, using styling expertise and technology to support sales and client goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-focused service and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion, fashion retail, and commission sales.
- Comfort using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals, with schedule flexibility.
