Allied Universal - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patrons and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, back-of-house areas, entrances and exits, and exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor for suspicious or unsafe conditions, help to deter theft and/or disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence, and report observations per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts when appropriate and requesting additional assistance as needed;
Document and communicate incidents, hazards, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management, including completing required reports and/or logs
