• We are currently seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Security Guard to provide asset protection and retail security at a high-end retail location.
• This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors while protecting valuable merchandise and property.

• The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence on the retail floor, monitoring for suspicious activity, preventing theft, and ensuring the safety and security of all individuals within the premises.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent situational awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor consistent with a luxury retail environment.

• Provide a strong visual security presence to deter theft and ensure customer safety.
• Monitor store entrances, exits, and key areas for suspicious behavior or unauthorized activity.
• Conduct routine patrols of the sales floor, stock rooms, and surrounding property.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and logs.
• Enforce store policies and procedures, including access control and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a discreet but assertive security posture.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid security license or guard card (if required by state/local law).
• Prior experience in retail security or asset protection preferred, especially in high-end or luxury environments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; must wear suit and tie as required by client.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain alert, composed, and observant during extended periods.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Hourly rate: $15.
