Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or public agencies as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with access control activities, and document daily events, observations, and/or incidents in required logs and reports.;
Support emergency response activities by following post orders, communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, and helping direct people during evacuations, restricted access situations, and/or other site events.
