About the Role
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service and building meaningful connections while working with clients in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

Location:
St. Louis, MO - Set schedule:
Full-Time, 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Competitive hourly wage of $19.06 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC card
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- State license if required
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
